With a drive of less than 15 mins to the beach surrounding shops, restaurants, and popular tourist attractions. Popular nearby communities include Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, and Marina Del Ray.


VACATION RENTAL INTERIOR:

This lovely 3 bedroom home is a traditional vacation rental and corporate housing unit which has been placed under the care of our company by the owner when they travel. The sleeping arrangements include a queen sized bed in each of the rooms that is designed with vibrant and cozy atmosphere for you to enjoy your vacation.

The entrance will begin with a short walk through the front yard that is personally cared for by the owner with a fountain to add on to the beautiful garden. As you walk in the front door you are welcome immediately with a corridor that leads to all three bedrooms. Exploring more of the property, you have a spacious living room area that you can enjoy with the family or just simply relax after a day exploring the area or a business meeting. If you love to cook, the living room connects to a very enticing and spacious full functioning kitchen complete with standard utensils and equipments that you can use to prepare home cooked meals just like you would at home. The property also has a patio area that you can easily enjoy meals inside or outside the house, and even has an outdoor tv that you can easily watch your shows while you enjoy the outdoor sitting.

This community home is great for visiting the area if you wish to come back from a busy day to house that is close to a home that has everything the City has to offer.



VACATION RENTAL EXTERIOR:

The exterior of this lovely vacation home and corporate housing rental has a lot to offer any type of traveler. First of all you are located at the main streets of Venice, which is accessible to travel. The property is close to a park if you wish to go for a morning walk or just to walk around. There are also bike rental shops where you can easily purchase a bike rental and scoot up and down the coast. There are more than 100 bars and restaurants all within a 5 mile radius and many of them within walking distance.

The patio of this unit is absolutely tranquil and relaxing. Parties are not welcome on the property as many of the neighbors may complain. This neighborhood welcomes guest- but not parties. Please make sure when booking this rental you are prepared to keep your noise level down during the day and silenced after 8 pm (city law).



Upon arrival you will need to call 1-866-688-1228 ext 5000. This extension will also remain with you throughout your stay with us as it will direct you to only the Stay City Rental managers/employees who work in your Zone.

During your stay you may use this same number to contact your zone manager with any issues that may arise. Guest Services is open from 9 am to 6 pm daily.

Cleaning fee will be added on top of the nightly rental for $159 and 14% Transient Tax.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION:

- Check-ins at this property are free from 4 pm to 9 pm, if scheduled
- Early check-ins are billed at $40.00 from 12 to 4 pm
- Extra Early check-ins are billed at 1/2 nights rent + tax
- Late check-ins 9 pm to 12:15 am are billed at $40.00 for the selected waiting hour in the arrival information
- Check-ins after 12:15 pm are billed at $60.00 and must be scheduled 72 hours in advance

All unscheduled arrivals will be charged an additional $50, in addition to any early/late check-in fees prior to the release of keys- please make sure to schedule your arrival with the property after booking.

We do not allow self-check-in at this property. We require all guests to schedule their check-in time after confirmation of reservation. We require all guests to present the credit card used to book the rental and a photo ID at the time of check-in.

CHECK-OUT INFORMATION:

- All check-outs are prompt at 11 am.
- Late check-outs until 2 pm are billed at $40.00 and are subject to availability on the day of departure. Late checkout fees begin at 11:15 am.
- Late check outs must be purchased in advance (by 12 midnight the night prior). Same day late checkouts and extensions will require an updated bill to be signed. Late Checkouts or extensions requested later than 12 midnight the night before will be accessed a $50.00 handling fee. All guest must sign their updated bills or new rental agreement if changing cards or responsibilities. Failure to schedule an updated bill signing or extension request form will result in your unit being rented to the next occupant. Please make sure to follow the rules on this very serious procedure.

This is a self-checkout property. Upon departure, you will need to call our checkout line to time check your checkout. This voicemail will time-stamp your checkout time for your records and will notify the housekeeping team that you are ready for departure.

*Please note that with no front desk that holding luggage is billed at the same price as a late checkout rate, which is dependent upon the time of luggage pickup. Luggage pickups are subject to availability of staffing and should be pre-arranged with late checkout fee. Even if you are not intending to utilize the room past the checkout hour we will need to pay staff to be available for your luggage pick up. This is the lowest available fee to you to cover this cost.

All guest must schedule their arrival time.
All guest must place a card on file and sign a short-term rental agreement.
All guest must provide a photo ID.
$300 security deposit per Electronic Key Set or $59.99 damage waiver for up to 2 Key Sets.
There are no parties allowed at this property.

Air-Mattresses is $80.00 per rental including linens.
Must be requested prior to arrival or an additional $25.00 trip fee must be included.
The guest may take the rental with them upon departure but must leave the linens.
If left behind, they must claim within 2 hours of departure and pay shipping if they wish to keep.
Any Air-Mattress left behind will be resold for the same price, not refunded to guest.
