This Republic of Panama 100 Balboas Proof gold coin features the Panamanian Coat of Arms and the denomination on the reverse.
The obverse portrays a Golden Turtle in the hand-woven style of the Cunas. \\\"La Tortuga de Oro\\\" honors the handicrafts of the Cunas, one of the oldest Indian tribes in Panama.

This Republic of Panama 100 Balboas Proof gold coin was minted by the Franklin Mint in Proof .900 fine gold, measures appx. 24.5mm, weighs 8.16 grams, and contains .2361 ounces of pure gold.
This coin is in original proof condition in the card as issued.
A great addition to any collection as well as a a great investment.!

My father collected this coin for me when I was a kid and this one is also hard to part with but my present financial situation has forced me into selling it. It has been kept stored full time in a Polypropylene sleeve and it is in MINT / UNCIRCULATED / UNTOUCHED condition.
