This classic Craftsman house (Bungalow) is clean, and freshly inside. Price of $45/ day includes parking, wireless internet, use of washer/dryer, use of the hot-tub (spa).

For a second person to stay in the room, add $10 per day.

This is a private, furnished bedroom in the house, and you would share the kitchen and bathroom with two or three others, who each have their own bedrooms.

(The kitchen is generally used fairly lightly so far. Feel free to cook. Prefer someone who doesn\\\'t do a lot of frying, using grease or oil, on the stove top.)

The furnished room available has a wardrobe armoire, desk, chair, dresser, bookcase, and a queen sized bed, with bedding.

(The hot tub seen in photo\\\'s is not operable.)

Nice and safe location, near Plummer Park, Runyon Canyon (hiking), Walk of Fame, Sunset Strip, etc.

The atmosphere is generally a quiet, peaceful one -- independent but friendly.

No illegal drugs allowed.
