I\\\'ll be subletting my furnished room from June 24th to July 18th in Marina Del Rey, a 2 minute walk to the beach, close to the Venice pier.

-Private bathroom
-Large windows that let in plenty of light.
-Queen bed and a large desk to work at
-High speed wi-fi
-Access to kitchen, living room and (small) back yard.

My two room mates will be sharing the house. They are a couple, outgoing, they are often working and have their own bathrooms as well.
